Villa 9
QAV Residence

QAV Residence is a luxury villa community located in the Cherngtalay area of Phuket, offering refined tropical living with a focus on wellness, comfort, and modern design. The project comprises 35 exclusive villas in a secure, gated estate — available in 3‑ to 5‑bedroom configurations. Each villa features open‑plan living and dining areas, a modern western kitchen, ensuite bedrooms, and seamless indoor‑outdoor flow. Outdoor amenities include a private salt‑water swimming pool, pool terrace, landscaped garden, and covered parking for 2–3 cars. Beyond the private villas, QAV Residence emphasizes holistic living: the community is integrated with wellness, sports, and social amenities such as a communal gym & yoga area, spa/onsen, clubhouse, and public spaces for social events and recreation. Residents enjoy an environment designed for well‑being, blending comfort, nature, and community. Located just minutes from top beaches (like Bang Tao), leisure hubs (lagoon resort complexes, shopping, dining, international schools), and with good road access to the rest of Phuket, QAV Residence offers an attractive balance of tranquil villa‑style living and convenient access to amenities — making it ideal for families, holiday‑home owners, or long‑term investors.
