Sun Hills Layan

Sun Hills Layan is a large residential condominium in Layan, one of the fastest-appreciating locations on Phuket's west coast. The complex consists of buildings A, B, D, E and F, seven storeys each, with 504 units in total. Available formats include studios of 26.5–42.5 m², one-bedroom apartments of 42.5–53.4 m², two-bedroom apartments of 45–70.4 m² and three-bedroom units of 70.4 m². Some units overlook the pool, others face the villas and landscaped areas. Furniture and finishing packages are available for every unit type. Interest-free installments with payments every six months and no price increase: 35% down payment, then 20% (30 Nov 2026), 20% (28 Feb 2027), 15% (30 Jun 2027) and 10% (30 Dec 2027). Construction completion — 01.12.2027. Additional costs on handover: capital repair (sinking) fund — 700 THB/m² one-off; common area maintenance — 75 THB/m² per month, billed annually; water and electricity meter installation — 15,000 THB.
